Privacy laws in the European Union are changing as of May 25, 2018. In an effort to strengthen your privacy rights, Nest is updating its Terms of Service, Privacy Statement and Privacy Policy (collectively, “Terms”).
These improvements are part of Nest’s ongoing commitment to provide transparency and safeguard your privacy. They include new information about how we process EU personal data.

- Rights and Choices: We’ve added instructions around how you can exercise your user rights and make choices about your data.

These updates will automatically come into effect for all existing users on May 25, 2018. Your continued use of Nest’s Products and Services from that day on will be subject to the updated Terms.
